WARRANTY TERMS

4. The maximum repair period starts from the date of notification of the defective product to our technical services or, in the absence of a technical service, to the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer of the product and is 30 working days.

5. The repair of the product will be carried out at Padme Designs authorized technical service.

6. 7. Return Terms:

1. If the product you have purchased from our stores is not defective or defective and you want to return it, it must be delivered within 7 days with all accessories and box in a non-deformed condition.
At this point, the 15% usage and service fee arising from the seller’s rights is reflected to the consumer. The consumer has the right to return defective and defective products within 7 days without any service charge.

2. Padme Designs reserves the right to change its prices. Prices may change instantly depending on market conditions. Our company cannot be put under any obligation due to increasing or decreasing prices.

4. If the product you have purchased has been delivered to you via the cargo company, you should open the packaging of the product without damaging it and receive it after checking it. If there is a deficiency or damage to the product during shipment, you must file a report with the cargo officer. Our company cannot be held responsible for the problems that may occur by the Cargo Company.

5. For the return of the product that meets the return conditions, please contact Padme Designs sales authorities together with the gifts, invoice (return invoice), warranty certificate, if any.

6. If the invoice of the product to be returned belongs to the institution, the institution must issue a return invoice for the product return.

7. All kinds of shipping etc. fees related to the product subject to the return process belong to the consumer.

8. After the product is checked, if the necessary conditions are met, the product exchange will be followed by the relevant department or the payment refund will be followed by the accounting department.

Cancellation and Refund

This process depends entirely on your bank and Padme Designs has no right to interfere with your bank.

Defective product return

For returns due to any defect arising from the product, you can return the product you have received within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If you encounter such a situation, you must send the product to us by following the steps above. If there is no defect arising from the use of the product, the product price will be refunded to you.

How long is the return period?
