3. Responsibilities

3.e. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via Padmedesigns.com. The login authorization of the user who terminates their membership will be canceled. The person who cancels his/her membership accepts that this transaction is irreversible. The decision whether to delete any record of the user account terminated by padmedesigns.com or the user itself rests with Padme Designs. The User cannot claim any rights or compensation for deleted records.
3.f. This website may contain links or references to other websites that are not under the Control of Padme Designs. Padme Designs is not responsible for the contents of these sites or any other links they contain.
3.g. Padme Designs has the right to reach the user for communication, marketing, notification and other purposes by letter, e-mail, SMS, phone call and other means through the address, e-mail address, fixed and mobile telephone lines and other contact information specified by the user in the registration form on the site or updated by the user later. By accepting this agreement, the User accepts and declares that Padme Designs may engage in the above-mentioned communication activities for him/her, unless otherwise notified in writing.

4. Service Continuity
4.a Padme Designs may make unilateral changes to this agreement without any notice in order to ensure the continuity of the services it undertakes. Padme Designs always has the right to unilaterally stop the service it provides permanently or temporarily, change the content of the service or cancel it at any time without any justification. The user accepts this right. In case of any change, Padme Designs will publish the current terms of use on its website under the same link with the new date update, and if deemed necessary, it will be notified to its users by e-mail. The renewed current terms of use will be valid from the moment it is published on Padmedesigns.com and the use of the Padmedesigns.com site will be subject to the renewed terms of use from that moment on. The membership of the member who has sent materials contrary to the provisions of this agreement to the padmedesigns.com site may be terminated unilaterally by Padme Designs without any notice.
4.b Entry into force of the Agreement The user is deemed to have undertaken to comply with the Padmedesigns.com agreement from the moment he/she fills in and approves the registration form or receives any service or places an order using this system. The Agreement shall automatically become null and void without any warning upon termination of membership or upon the occurrence of any of the termination situations listed in this Agreement.
